Dale is Taranaki born and bred, having been raised on a dairy farm in Okato. She has worked in a law firm ever since leaving school, taking time out in the middle to raise her family.
Outside work, Dale enjoys spending time with her family and following her grandchildren in their various sporting activities. She also enjoys gardening, fishing and holidaying in their caravan.
She lives on a small farmlet on the outskirts of Inglewood with her partner Charlie.
