Born and raised in Taranaki, Sue returned home after spending several years living and working in London, Melbourne and Auckland. She has an extensive Human Resources / Employment Relations background and has worked in private and public organisations in Health, Communications, Dairy, Oil and Gas, and Finance. She takes a pragmatic, commercial approach to solving novel problems, advising organisations on strategies to optimise performance, and supporting people to utilise their strengths and thrive.
Outside of work Sue is an avid traveller, passionate DIY protagonist, a year round sea dipper, and loves spending time with family and friends and her small, very spoilt entitled dog Flossy who is the boss.
